Seven years in the making. Three people who refused to do average work.
We didn’t start as a team. For seven years, Ak Shazu, Sogir Sikder, and Ashraful Hasib worked independently, grinding through hundreds of projects and stacking 5-star reviews. But we kept seeing a massive gap in the event industry.
Whether it was photo booth owners, rental companies, or wedding planners, the talent was there—the branding wasn’t. We saw incredible professionals delivering high-end experiences, yet their websites and socials looked outdated and generic. They weren’t attracting the premium clients they deserved.
In 2022, we launched Xodios to fix that. We stopped being generalists and went all-in on the event niche. Today, we help businesses across the US and UK level up their visual identity so they can finally charge what they’re worth. We’re a tight-knit team of three right now, but we’re already scaling toward a powerhouse of 20 experts to cover every creative need in the industry.
